Congratulations to Rosemary French Executive Director of the Gatwick Diamond Initiative on being recognised in the Queen’s Birthday Honours list receiving an OBE for services to women in business.
Rosemary has lobbied hard for more women-friendly business support, chairing the South East Women’s Enterprise Group which delivered workshops and conferences across the South East, using Government funds to advise women starting their own businesses.
On receiving the award Rosemary says she feels “proud and humbled to receive an OBE and hopes that the award will inspire more women to pursue their ambitions in the corporate world or in setting up their own businesses”
