Business Leaders Lunch with Allie Renison 
Nearly three months on from the historic referendum vote to pull out of Europe, no one really knows what Brexit will mean for businesses of all sizes.
One person who probably has more of an idea than most is Allie Renison, Head of Europe & Trade Policy at theInstitute of Directors. She’s the speaker at our November business leaders’ lunch.
Allie’s role at the IoD is to be the voice of members on EU reform matters, as well as being the link between business and government on increasing international trade. She also provides advocacy for the Institute of Directors on a range of regulatory issues in Brussels.
Allie’s pedigree is strong as in the past, she’s been Research Director at Business for Britain, which focused on renegotiating the UK’s relationship with the EU. She has also advised politicians on all sides on EU legislative issues, with a particular focus on trade and employment policy areas.
