The Big Bang @ Butlin’s, Bognor Regis, on 3rd March 2016 is set be a great success with 689 students registered for the event. The Big Bang will mark the culmination of the inaugural Coastal STEMfest. The students from 20 schools in the area will be joined by 115 teachers and more than 20 exhibitors. Interest in the event has been huge and it is now full, with no further spaces available.

The lucky young people who have registered will be able to enjoy an inspirational day of science, technology, engineering and mathematics activities, provided by local employers, universities and FE colleges, professional bodies and STEM outreach organisations. There will be a real focus on potential career paths in and with STEM.

Coastal STEMfest is supported by the Coastal West Sussex partnership, in collaboration with STEM Sussex, Tomorrow’s Engineers, the Coast to Capital local economic partnership and West Sussex County Council.
