The New Monks Farm masterplan has now been developed
from the local plan allocation to deliver new homes, a new
school, employment, improved transport infrastructure
and a country park.
New Monks Farm Development Ltd welcome your comments on their proposals to deliver a mixed-used redevelopment scheme on the site adjacent to Lancing. Your comments will be reported to Adur District Council and will be made publicly available in a consultation findings report that will accompany the planning application.
