The South Downs National Park is working with 8 of the English National Parks to create an iconic collection of visitor experiences to inspire a new international audience.

The intention is to build a collection of bookable products to drive the growth of international visitors from Germany and Australia, experiences which can only be appreciated from ‘within the National Parks’.
The creation of the South Downs experiences is well underway with the team working to some very tight deadlines. They are looking for businesses within the South Downs National Park that want to be part of this exciting project.

The following video explains more about the project  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fj2rNtAPePg&feature=youtu.be

There will be a 2 workshops for South Downs businesses.  One will be at the South Downs National Park offices, South Downs Centre, North Street, Midhurst, West Sussex, GU29 9DH on 24th April (10-12pm) and the second will be 25th April (10-12pm) at The Council Chamber Room, Lewes Town Council, Town Hall, High Street, Lewes, BN7 2QS

The application process for businesses to be included within the experiences opens on 26 April for a period of 3 weeks so the business information sessions will be a great way to prepare for this. They will give you an opportunity to learn more about the project, the experiences that are being developed within the South Downs National Park, the  opportunities for your business to benefit, the application process and the business support that will be on offered to those taking part.
