The National Collaborative Outreach Programme
The NCOP Programme is funded buy the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) in response to the Government’s ambition to widen participation in HE by:
- Doubling the proportion of students from disadvantaged backgrounds by 2020
- Increasing by 20% the number of students from ethnic minority groups
- Addressing the under-representation of young men from disadvantaged backgrounds
Young Start-up Talent
A community based project which aims to help young people with an entrepreneurial flair for business. The programme promotes innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership and talent development.

Careers Information and Guidance
A key factor in developing the right workforce is up to date and inspiring careers information. Coastal West Sussex helped to produce Pathway which helps to resource young people in making the right career choices.
